International

A modern and original martial art, accessible to everyone, combining technical skills and art of living, many differents courses in a relaxed and cordial atmosphere, international seminars and more.

Since it is obvious that victories relying on force are relatives and that there will always be more strong than oneself, it is then better to devote our energies to be in harmony with others rather to use it in some sort of competition. Aikido reflects this philosophy in a concrete and effective way using natural movements and non-resistance principles, without the use of muscular force.

Aikido is clearly the best overall martial art.
It includes bare-hands techniques (grabbing, punchs and kicks), practice with wooden weapons as well as respiratory (tai chi) and relaxation techniques (shiatsu). It is therefore a complete mind-body training.

Aikido gives as much attention to relaxations techniques than to the martial practice.

Aikido founder, Morihei UESHIBA (1883-1969), developped the teaching of a new and original martial discipline, which started since 1950 to radiate to be practised today in a majority of countries.
